BOSS PCs REFUND POLICY

1. Strict No-Refund Policy for Custom/Built-to-Order PCs

All sales of custom-configured or prebuilt PCs are FINAL. Due to the personalized nature of these systems:

  • No refunds will be issued for:

    • Changed minds, compatibility issues, or performance expectations not being met.

    • Orders canceled after 1 hour of purchase (assembly begins immediately).

    • Opened/tampered systems (broken warranty seals void all returns).

2. Limited Warranty for Defective Items

  • Covered issues: Hardware defects verified within 30 days of delivery.

  • Requirements for warranty claims:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Provide video/picture proof of the defect.

    • Include original order number and component serial numbers.

  • Resolution options:

    • Free repair of defective part(s).

    • Replacement (if repair is impossible).

3. Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)

  • Voided warranty if:

    • Physical damage (drops, spills, modifications).

    • Software issues (OS/driver problems, 3rd-party apps).

    • Cosmetic wear or minor imperfections.

    • Purchases from unauthorized resellers.

4. Shipping & Inspection Requirements

  • Signature required at delivery. Uninsured shipments are at the customer’s risk.

  • Report shipping damage within 48 hours (with photo/video proof) or claims are denied.

5. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with:

    • Signed delivery confirmation.

    • IP address logs and order documentation.

  • Penalties:

    • $50 dispute fee + legal cost recovery.

    • Permanent blacklisting from future purchases.

6. No Returns for Promotional Items

  • Free gifts (keyboards, mice, etc.) are non-refundable.

  • If the main product is returned, the gift’s value will be deducted.

7. How to Request Warranty Service

  1. Email bosspcrequest@gmail.com with:

    • Order number.

    • Proof of defect (video/pictures).

    • Serial numbers of components.

  2. We will issue an RMA number if approved.

  3. Ship the system (customer pays return shipping) in original packaging.
