  2. Safe Packaging for High-End Builds: For more expensive builds, particularly those with high-value components such as GPUs, we take extra precautions to ensure safe transit. The GPU will be carefully separated from the main system and packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping. Detailed instructions will be provided for easy reinstallation upon arrival.

  3. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: In the unlikely event that your computer arrives non-functional (DOA), we will assist you in diagnosing the issue over a phone or video call. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide a full refund upon return of the system. Please contact our support team immediately if you experience any issues.

  4. Damaged Shipments: If your computer arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to replace the damaged components at no additional cost. Alternatively, if preferred, we can arrange for the return of the system and issue a full refund.

  5. Return Process: For returns related to DOA or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and guide you through the return process. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement promptly.
