BOSS PCs – TERMS OF SALE 

1. Order Authorization & Payment

By completing a purchase, you:

  • Authorize BOSS PCs to charge the full amount (including taxes/fees) to your payment method.

  • Explicitly agree to all terms herein as a legally binding contract.

  • Consent to fraud verification checks (AVS, ID requests, 3D Secure).

  • Acknowledge that a mandatory video recording of your build will serve as evidence of proper assembly.

2. Billing & Identity Verification

  • If billing/shipping addresses differ or AVS fails, we may require:

    • Government-issued ID (driver’s license/passport).

    • Utility bill/bank statement matching the billing address.

    • Selfie with ID for high-risk orders (>$500).

  • Orders unverified within 2 hours will be canceled (full refund).

3. No Refunds & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales final for custom/prebuilt PCs. No refunds unless defective (Section 4).

  • Cancellations permitted only within 1 hour of purchase (pre-assembly).

  • Changed mind? No refunds for compatibility issues or unmet performance expectations.

4. Warranty & Defects

  • 30-day limited warranty covers hardware defects only.

  • Void if:

    • Warranty seals are broken or components are tampered with.

    • Damage from misuse, liquids, overclocking, or unauthorized modifications.

    • Failure to provide video/picture proof of defects within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Non-transferable – Applies only to original purchaser with proof of purchase.

5. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

  • Chargebacks will be countered with:

    • Signed delivery confirmation, IP logs, and video proof of assembly.

    • Police report required for "unauthorized purchase" claims.

  • Fraudulent disputes incur:

    • $50 fee + legal costs.

    • Public blacklisting (non-sensitive details shared on industry databases).

6. Shipping & Liability

  • Signature required for all deliveries. Uninsured orders ship at customer’s risk.

  • Report damage within 48 hours or claims are void.

  • Freight forwarders prohibited – Orders shipped to reshippers (e.g., Shipito) will be canceled.

7. Legal Protections

  • Arbitration clause: All disputes resolved in [Your County, State] courts; no class actions.

  • Liquidated damages: Frivolous lawsuits incur $5,000 penalty + legal fees.

  • Liability cap: Limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We may cancel orders for:

  • Suspicious activity (mismatched addresses, high-risk payments).

  • Harassment, abusive behavior, or policy violations.

  • Component shortages: We reserve the right to substitute parts of equal/better value.

9. Additional Safeguards

  • Cryptocurrency payments: Non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Promotional items: Free gifts (keyboards, mice) are non-refundable.

  • Data disclaimer: Back up files before service – we’re not liable for data loss.

10. Explicit Consent & Enforcement

  • By purchasing, you:

    • Agree to video documentation of your build process.

    • Waive rights to "cooling-off" periods (custom PCs exempt under FTC Rule 433).

    • Accept that RMA numbers are required for warranty claims
